IMPORTANT

• When you click on the links below you will be presented with the option to "open" or "save" the file.  Select "save" and place the file into a folder on your computer.  
• When download is complete you will see a window that gives you the option to "open" it.  Click it and the document will open in Acrobat Reader.  
• If that window does not appear, use the "finder" to locate the downloaded file in your folder and open it from there.

The reason for that exercise is that sometimes, when you select the "open" in the first step above you will get a message that the file was not found (this is a windows problem).
