• personally see or inspect the evidence - just video and photos;
• observe the vehicle operating on location;
• prepare any drawings for his alternative design theory;
• conduct any computer analysis;
• submit his alternative design theories;
• have any recognized scientific approval of his alternative design theories.
• Nor did the expert satisfy the specific factors delineated in Daubert.
