Great Western Bank.  Computer Facility.  Northridge, CA.
Client:  Great Western Bank. 

Prepared thermal energy study for the DWP for $273,000 energy rebate. Co-designed 7500 ton-hour ice-plant.  Co-engineered removal of three absorption chillers, replacement with ice-plant with new chillers and cooling towers.  Co-engineered support system for new un-interruptible power source (UPS).  Entire plant conversion took place with plant continuously running; no down time.

Designed mechanical and plumbing systems for more than 200 retail outlets throughout the United States.  Researched and complied with requirements of local/state jurisdictions.
