Prepared thermal energy study for the DWP for
$273,000 energy rebate. Co-designed 7500 ton-hour ice-plant.
Co-engineered removal of three absorption chillers, replacement with
ice-plant with new chillers and cooling towers. Co-engineered
support system for new un-interruptible power source (UPS). Entire
plant conversion took place with plant continuously running; no down
time.
